Resume and cover-letter content

The builder previews your text inside your browser. When you request a verified PDF download, the document text is sent over HTTPS to our server, processed temporarily to generate the PDF, and returned to you. The app does not save document text to server storage or send it to an AI service. If you allow draft storage, text and layout choices are stored in this tab's session storage and in a browser-local recovery copy to restore the draft if checkout returns in another tab. The recovery copy expires after 24 hours and is removed on a later site visit or when you clear it; it is not automatically deleted while your browser is closed. Browser session restoration can preserve tab storage longer than expected. Clear the draft or site data on shared devices.

Cookies and browser storage

• Storage preference: local storage remembers whether you allowed optional draft storage. Change this using Cookie settings in the footer.
• Optional draft: session storage and a browser-local recovery copy hold your document text only if you allow it. Choosing Essential only removes the saved tab draft and recovery copy and stops new draft saving; you can still use the builder.
• Purchase access: after verified payment, a secure access cookie can recognize your bundle access for up to 7 days for new purchases or 30 days for earlier purchases. It contains a random identifier, not your resume.

If you separately allow Google Analytics in Cookie settings, Google receives visit and device information and uses first-party Analytics cookies to measure use of the builder. We do not send resume or cover-letter fields, contact details, or payment transaction URLs to Analytics. With your analytics consent, a one-time confirmation-page view can measure a newly verified purchase. Ordinary visits and payment recovery do not trigger this page. We store a transaction-linked confirmation marker to prevent repeated measurement. No transaction ID or document content is sent with the page view. Advertising personalization is disabled. The Google tag JavaScript loads from Google when the builder opens, which exposes technical download information such as your IP address and browser to Google. Analytics measurement is disabled and no Analytics configuration or page-view command is sent until you opt in. Essential only disables measurement and removes accessible Analytics cookies. Previously collected data is not automatically deleted when you withdraw. Google processes Analytics data under its own privacy practices. The hosting infrastructure may process technical information or use storage for delivery and security. PayPal may use its own storage and cookies when you choose to open checkout. The draft-storage choice does not control PayPal's independent processing.

Payments and access records

PayPal receives the information you provide during checkout under its own privacy policy. We verify transaction information with PayPal, including the transaction reference, status, amount, currency, product, and receiving merchant. The app stores transaction and purchase-access records, including an access expiration time, and refund or reversal status when PayPal sends a verified notification. We do not store your payment-card details. Expiration stops access but does not automatically delete the stored transaction or access record.

Hosting and technical information

The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. These providers can process technical request information such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, and security or delivery logs. Payment return URLs can contain a PayPal transaction reference. Resume text is not included in those URLs. Provider records are subject to their respective practices.

Support and retention

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use payment and support information to provide access, troubleshoot purchases, prevent abuse, handle refunds, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to request access or deletion; records needed for legal obligations or unresolved disputes may need to be retained. Do not send sensitive identity documents, passwords, or card numbers.

Email marketing and sharing

A mailing list is not connected in the current version. Entering an email on a resume or paying does not subscribe you. If introduced, marketing signup will be optional, separately explained, and include an unsubscribe option. We do not sell resume content or use it for advertising. Information is shared with service providers as needed to deliver the website, verify payments, or comply with lawful obligations.

Your choices

Use Cookie settings to change draft storage, Clear all to clear document fields, and browser site-data controls to remove locally stored data. Clearing the access cookie can remove paid access; contact support for help. Ask references for permission before including their contact information. This service is not intended for children under 13.

Updates

We will update this page and its effective date when practices change. Material new uses will be disclosed before they are introduced.
