About TodayResume

TodayResume is a service from Zrabble. It is an independent resume and cover-letter tool. Contact: support@zrabble.com.

Using the service

You can use the builder without creating an account. Provide accurate information, review every document, and obtain permission before including another person's reference details. Do not upload or enter unlawful content or attempt to interfere with the service. The service is intended for people aged 13 or older; minors need a parent or guardian's permission to purchase.

Your documents

You retain rights to the content you enter and may use your exported documents for personal job applications. Templates provide formatting and general wording, not employment, legal, or professional advice. We do not guarantee interviews, employment, or compatibility with every employer's application system. PDF output may differ slightly from the browser preview. Characters unsupported by the current PDF fonts are replaced with question marks; review the PDF before sending it.

Free access and purchases

Creating and previewing documents is free. PDF downloads require verified purchase of the $4.99 USD one-time resume and cover-letter bundle. The $4.99 USD one-time bundle includes PDF downloads of your resume, a references page when included, and a separate cover letter. The total price is shown before purchase. There is no recurring subscription for the one-time bundle.

PayPal processes payments. Your bank statement may show ZrabbleTx. New purchases provide 7 days of editing and PDF downloads in the purchasing browser after the first verified payment return. Purchases under the earlier 30-day offer keep their promised 30-day access. Access uses a cookie. A verified refund or reversal may revoke download access. Clearing cookies or changing devices may remove access; contact support with your transaction reference for help. Downloaded files remain yours to use.

Payment problems and refund requests

For a duplicate charge, failed delivery, or other purchase problem, email support with your transaction reference and describe the issue. Do not send passwords or complete card details. We will review the issue and arrange assistance or a refund when appropriate. These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Availability and changes

Save your exported files. Drafts are not backed up to an account and may be lost when browser storage is cleared. Features may change or be interrupted. Material pricing or policy changes will be disclosed; these terms do not retroactively change a completed purchase. Applicable legal rights and obligations remain in effect.
